The two identical blocks are situated in the town of Upper Nazareth on a hill overlooking a wadi, with an open view of the landscape stretching out in the direction of Mount Tabor and Tiberias.
Each housing block is seven storeys high, with four flats on each floor. The main rooms of all the four flats have panoramic views of the mountains of Galilee.
Access from the street is via a pedestrian bridge, which leads directly to a staircase on the third-floor level, thus eliminating the need for elevators.
The staggered conception of the buildings conforms to the terraced hilly landscape. Their brownish earth-colour creates a pleasing harmony with the surrounding countryside.
