The housing estate, enclosing an interior courtyard, comprises Raines Street, Ben-Gurion Boulevard and Spinoza Street.

The Ben-Gurion Boulevard Wing built by Arieh Sharon is raised on pilotis, thus connecting the inner garde with the shady boulevard.
