The office block, seven storeys high and designed as a rectangular frame encircling an inner patio, is raised on pillars above the double-floor high, open ground-floor level, allowing the breezes to flow horizontally through the entrance area and continue vertically through the inner open patio. The entrance floor is placed centrally within the open ground-floor level, its roof forming the garden area of the patio, divided into two parts by the vertical traffic core.
The building houses the headquarters of the Labor Federation Sick Fund (Clalit Health Services) - the largest health organization is Israel.
