Kiryat David Remez, Mount Carmel
Neighbourhood unit for veteran workers situated on one of the Carmel Hills near Haifa, with four residential units in each house. The architectural uniformity of the quarter derives chiefly from the use of one type of housing with limited dwelling space. Following the completion of public buildings and the planting pf parks and street trees, this structural uniformity will improve in some degree, but will not achieve the organic architectural unity deriving from the use of differentiated types of buildings merging into the landscape.
