The new part of the neighbourhood contains atrium houses. From the entrance courtyard a living-room with attached kitchen leads to the terrace and to the back garden.

The area of each house, containing living-room, kitchen and two bed-rooms, is about 60 sq.m., with the possibility of extensions to the rear.
